The Board of Trustees of the CBMFT Foundation (Christy Barnard Matiza Family Trust Foundation) serves as the highest governing body of the organization. Comprising individuals with diverse expertise, deep community ties, and a shared commitment to social equity and sustainable development, the Board provides strategic direction, fiduciary oversight, and policy guidance.

Their collective responsibility is to ensure that the Foundation remains true to its mission—empowering marginalized communities through education, youth development, health access, and cultural preservation. Trustees uphold the core values of Compassion, Integrity, and Equity, safeguarding the Foundation’s vision and ensuring that all initiatives align with ethical, transparent, and impactful practices.
